Our recruitment fees are a flat tiered and easy to understand structure, that is available to discuss at your convenience. Once you have contacted us we will give you an obligation free consultation on the role you have vacant.
At genxx personnel our time and expertise is FREE if we are unable to successfully source the right people for you.
Our process, which are free of any service charge to you is:
- Initial consultation
- Site visit to establish culture and climate
- Discussion on the role description
- Sourcing of candidates from non advertised searches
- Sourcing of candidates from standard advertising
- Selection of suitable candidates
- Telephone interview profiling
- Selection of candidate short list
- Interview and assessment
- Presentation of candidate shortlist to you
Confidential reference checks will be administered by genxx using 2 direct managers who will be verified. Please note that some clients have additional specific requirements which we are happy to meet.
Specific required brand advertising or market specific advertising is excluded from this process and is discussed prior to the initiation of the assignment. (see terms of business)
